The Driver & Employee of Distinction Awards Program was developed for our motorcoach operators to honor their drivers and employees who have demonstrated an exceptional performance record and service to their employer. This event is held at designated functions such as Marketplace, the Annual Meeting and Board Meetings.

PBA Operators and Tour Operators can nominate a driver and/or an employee for the annual award. Please note, we accept one Employee and one Driver nomination per member company.  Our Travel Supplier and Associate Members are invited to nominate an employee for the Employee of Distinction Award.

To cover the cost of gift and plaque, the nomination cost is $300. A company representative (or the nominator) and the nominee must be in attendance. We are not offering to mail the awards.

We will open the nomination period in November 2024!  Start thinking of those employees that are deserving and check back for the form.
