Group Travel Marketplace
PBA continues to invest significant time, effort, and resources into promoting travel and tourism within Pennsylvania and beyond. Each spring, the Association hosts the Group Travel Marketplace featuring destinations, hotels, attractions, tourism organizations, and travel suppliers in an exposition-style setting.
The event provides motorcoach operators, tour and charter staff, group leaders, and travel-hospitality partners with a valuable opportunity to connect, build relationships, and generate new business. It remains the most expansive state travel motorcoach marketplace of its kind in the country and has become a proven business driver for both PBA motorcoach operators and participating Supplier Members.
Annual Conference
Each summer, PBA’s Annual Conference brings together operators, travel suppliers, associates and industry partners for education, idea sharing, networking, and meaningful industry connection. The conference provides attendees with valuable opportunities to engage with peers, strengthen business relationships, and stay informed on issues and trends impacting the motorcoach and group travel industries.
Conference events include FAM opportunities, the Industry Expo, the Sales Retreat, and more! Participation in the Industry Expo and Sales Retreat is available exclusively to PBA Members.
SPONSORSHIPS: Sponsorship opportunities are available exclusively to PBA Members for the Annual Group Travel Marketplace and Annual Conference. Some sponsorships are coordinated with the host venue, while additional opportunities are available for members outside the host area. Sponsorships are a valued PBA Member benefit and are open only to current PBA Members.

Motorcoach Safety & Preparedness Workshop
The PBA Motorcoach Safety & Preparedness Workshop is designed specifically for motorcoach operations professionals, this annual workshop brings together Operators and their key employees including owners, safety directors, mechanics and inside staff, teams from across the industry. The program provides practical information, operational insights, and timely updates that address the real-world needs of today’s transportation providers.

Driver and Employee of Distinction Awards Program
For many decades, the Pennsylvania Bus Association PBA has proudly sponsored the Driver and Employee of Distinction Award's Program, a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence in the motorcoach industry. We recognize the hard work and dedication of our members and their employees who tirelessly serve the needs of their customers and communities.
Scholarship Program
The goal of the PBA Scholarship Program is to support Operator Member education goals and to encourage the pursuit of formal education. Formal education includes trade certification, specialized training and of course, college. There will be two annual scholarships awarded.
