The 2024 Marketplace will be hosted by Happy Valley Adventure Bureau in beautiful State College, PA from March 25-26, 2024.

Monday, March 25 will be set-up day for exhibitors, educational sessions, PBA’s Board of Director meeting and an evening reception for all!


Tuesday, March 26 will be the main event, our Group Leader Marketplace at Nittany Valley Sports Centre. This is a new facility in State College. We think you will love it!


Pricing Note: Early bird registration ends October 31, but it is also the deadline for the special promo pricing if you attended our Annual Conference in Jamestown, NY this year. The value is $100 off your booth, so don’t forget to apply the code when registering by October 31.

FAM Tours for Group Leaders! 
Register to host a FAM Tour!  Showcase your destination by hosting a FAM Tour for the Group Leaders after Marketplace.  FAM Tour offerings need to be submitted by 11/30/2023. We will compile a listing and send it to our registered operators. Click the button below to offer a FAM. For offering a FAM with a meal, you will receive a free half-page color ad in the Marketplace directory.

Professional Development

We are offering a full-day of professional development on Monday, March 27, 2023, the day before Marketplace; Intro to Marketplace Seminar and a NEW Best Practices Roundtable discussion for experienced Marketplace attendees. 

There will be plenty of time to setup and hotel check-in afterwards, so we encourage you to register. (Note, you do not need to register for a Marketplace booth to attend the seminar. Choose Intro to Marketplace Seminar (no booth on the form) . Cost is $75 to attend the Intro Seminar.  The Best Practices Roundtable Discussion for experienced marketplace attendees is complimentary.

Have a Successful Marketplace Experience!

Read the Guidelines.  Exhibitors are encouraged to review this document to understand deadlines, cancellation policy, what you can and cannot have in a booth, hotel information, the schedule, etc.


Sponsorships are available for Travel Suppliers who would like additional recognition during Marketplace. Included on the registration form were a variety of sponsorship levels including color ads, color profile sheets, group leader bags, tote bags, video marketing, etc.  Download the Marketplace Advertising Guide, which includes all ad specifications.


  • October 31, 2023 - Early Bird pricing expires.  
  • October 31, 2023 - Special Annual Conference discount code expires.
  • November 30, 2023 - Last day to submit a Group Leader FAM Tour.
  • January 1, 2024 - All Discount Pricing Ends.
  • January 15, 2024 - Cancellation of a purchased booth for partial refund.
  • January 31, 2024 - Last day for Operators to schedule a FAM Tour.
  • February 9, 2024 - Last day to purchase a Sponsorship.
  • February 16, 2024 - Registration ends and Sponsorship ad/artwork is due (for guaranteed placement on floor and the Marketplace Directory).
  • March 1, 2024 Hotel Room reservation deadline.
